New clients should schedule a Fitness Assessment prior to beginning any training package. **I will work with each client to accommodate your appointment requests. Advance payment reserves your personal training sessions. Change of Schedule RequestsTo avoid confusion, please write all personal training schedule changes & cancellations on the Daily Sign In Sheet. Cancellation PolicyAll sessions are scheduled by appointment. Appointments that are not cancelled at least 24-hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. Cancellations of all weekend and Monday appointments must be received by the previous Friday. Package Payment ProgramWe offer a discount for all prepaid training packages. Payment plans are available for the 12 Week Total Body transformation packages. Initial payment is collected upon scheduling the first appointment. Monthly Payment ProgramPersonal training payments are due on the 1st of each new training month. Late FeeA $30.00 late fee will be assessed for all payments received after the due date. Terminating Training Programs and Refunds I strive to provide the best possible service to my clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, I will gladly issue you a pro-rated refund for all unused services. Refunds are only available for up to 3 business days after the original sign-up date. A $30.00 processing fee is assessed when a refund is issued. Gym EtiquetteWear comfortable exercise clothing (avoid baggy sweats & sweatshirts). Do not wear heavy jewelry or perfume / cologne. Bring a towels & a bottled water.
