with an “Experienced” Certified Personal Trainer.
RUSH-HOUR BootCamps with two locations to serve YOU! In Midtown and Cottage Hill Park.
You can expect to feel great when you are done with a sense of accomplishment. Expect to sweat, burn calories and get pumped.
An hour of varied training styles to improve muscular strength, conditioning/endurance and get the heart going!!! Each workout is designed to help you gain muscle, lose weight and feel great.
When you sign up you will get a fitness evaluation/consultation before you begin. I don’t want anyone to get hurt and each class size Is limited to the first 40 people. I like to make working-out FUN. Expect to Sweat and Feel Great!
Things you will need:
-A towel or exercise mat
-2-10lb dumbbells
-Bottled water
