I have been a Personal Trainer for several years and I am nationally certified with ACE (American Council on Exercise) and with NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). I am also a graduate from SETS (School of Exercise and Training Science) located in Phoenix AZ. I have worked as a Personal Trainer with 24 Hour Fitness, Gold's Gym and World Gym. I include a wide array of different training styles to suit your needs. All Personal Training sessions are One-On-One and are either 30 mins or one hour in length. I use different types of training styles to meet your goals. Keep in mind that exercise and lifting weights and cardio are all very important, however, I will also provide you information on diet and supplements which will help reach your goal faster.
